Ladies & gentlemen!!
i proudly present to you my saterdaynight home-baked ciabatta!!!! Baked in my wood-burning-stove-oven. After several tries now i can bake the most delicious bread i know. The stove also provides the heating system in our entire house for hot water. Perfect .
